You have exclusive Sponsorship as the only REALTOR on the Neighborhood Site. You also have the rights to bring in up to 3 co-sponsors and we return 95% of their ad fees to you. We or a Neighborhood Host will manage the Neighborhood while you run your real estate practice.

Not only are you the Exclusive REALTOR with all the services and benefits of a Realtor Host- but you also receive 75% of all the additional ad revenue from the rest of the site. In return you manage the neighborhood using our Control Center to approve all postings by the neighborhood (it is as simple as making sure it is appropriate and clicking a button and the posting goes to the right page) and letting the merchants in your neighborhood know about this easy, effective and very inexpensive way to stay in front of their customer base- The residents in the neighborhood!

And when they do choose to upgrade to a premium ad on the front page- It is all done online. You do nothing else.
